It’s tax filing day and maybe you’re like me? Once I’ve filed I feel good—even when I’ve sent a larger check than I would like—there’s a good feeling that comes with doing my part.
In a very real way, along with voting, this is how we demonstrate our citizenship. It’s a form of investing in our country, our state, and our future.
We invest time, money, and/or energy in whatever we are committed to: family, friends, our health, career, and our professional development.
