And I’ve promised to unpack key ideas and tools to use along the way, packaged in a handy a 5 point plan.
Questions for the week: think about your past breakthroughs, small or large. Whether these were breakthroughs in your learning, in your performance skills, in responses from audiences, or through key connections, or opportunities. What were the circumstances that allowed for the breakthrough? What in your behavior and mindset contributed to the positive results?PS: I’m hoping to get some great examples from people to use during the session (these can be anonymous if you prefer), but if you have a story about a career “breakthrough” you’ve experienced, I’d LOVE to hear it!
